Echo360 can be accessed by clicking into an assignment or discussion forum and clicking the Echo360 icon on the toolbar.  

Click on the assignment
Click on the Add submission button
Click on the Echo360 Icon on the toolbar

Click on the discussion forum
Click the Reply link, at the bottom right of the post.
Click on the Advanced link
Click on the Echo360 icon on the toolbar.
